She successfully completed her acting study at De Acteerschool Rotterdam in 2015. In addition to her acting study, she also studied Social Work. In the Netherlands, Richailine learned to get acquainted extensively with the European art world. She learned and was allowed to practice various theater techniques and acting styles by playing in various productions at large national companies and art institutions such as De Hollanders, SKVR, Rotterdams Wijktheater, and Theatergroep Playback. She has also worked with well-known directors and participated twice in the 48hour film project Rotterdam. She has also played an important role in a short film that has been selected to be screened at various international film festivals.
Due to her social sensitivity and social affinity, Richailine believes that theater should be accessible to all age groups, especially young people. She believes that young people also deserve the facilities, space, stages, and platform to express themselves in an artistic way. That is why she is committed to giving theater workshops to all target groups of different ethnicities. Richailine would like to contribute to the awareness of art and culture in Curaçao. She does this by transferring her acting and theater knowledge to the Curaçao audience.
